A valid prescription consisting of patient details, date of consultation, physician details, hospital name, line of treatment, medicine & dosage along with seal & signature are mandatory for all the prescription-only medicines
Prescription is valid for one year period and you may be requested to upload a scanned copy of the prescription on the portal in PDF format only and the file size should not be greater than 10mb
The quantity of medicine specified in the prescription is only dispensed
The order will be handled through the portal from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Saturday. The orders received after the mentioned timeframe will be processed in the next business hours/ days by Healthquarters's representative
Healthquarters's representative will give the initial order confirmation call to you within 12 to 24 business hours
The delivery will be on a hyperlocal model, where our service provider will fulfill the order from their nearest store within 72 hours (3 days) for Tier 1 Metros and 144 hours (6 days) for Tier 2 and Tier 3 Metros (subject to availability)
As our service provider is in charge of delivering the ordered product to you, the store personnel responsible for delivery may need to contact you
Standard delivery and handling charges are applicable on the pharmacy orders based on the delivery location
To avoid order cancelation, make the partial payment within 12 hours of receipt of the provisionally accepted email.
Healthquarters endeavours to carry out deliveries during and within such period as communicated on the portal. Our services are offered on a best effort basis and as such we do not provide any guarantee of the exact delivery time
All the products will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified as discounted
