1. What is the Healthquarters (HQ) Membership Program?

Ans: The Healthquarters Membership Program is your privileged membership provided by Healthquarters which will give you access to a variety of services, discounts, and deals with Healthquarters’ partnered - reputed pharmacies, OPDs & IPDs at top branded and reputed hospitals, online pharmacies, diagnostic centers, etc. The HQ mobile app will provide you with easy access to services which include emergency medical loans, discounts on pharmacy, medical equipment etc. The membership is supported by the Healthquarters card which is a virtual card and is a prepaid-cum-discount card. As soon as you become a member, you will automatically become entitled to the following:

  • Rs. 3000 worth of health check-up atour service providers (the list of service providers are available on our mobile app)
  • Deals and discounts across our partner companies (listed on our mobile app)
  • Who all can be covered in this membership program? 1+5 family members are covered in this membership

The card can be used to make payments anywhere across India. The membership is primarily available in Mumbai, but will soon be available in 30 major cities in India.

2. What are the fees and charges associated with the membership?

Ans: You can avail of this membership at a nominal cost of Rs.1999 + GST. The card is complimentary with this membership.

3. Do I need to open a new bank account with Yes bank to procure this membership?

Ans: No, you do not need to open a new bank account to get this membership. You can use your existing bank account.

4. How many family members can I add to my membership?

Ans: You can add up to 5 immediate or extended family members. The added members can be of any age including minors.

5. What is the validity period of the card?

Ans: 365 days from the date of purchase.

6. How many Healthquarters cards can I hold?

Ans: 1. Every membership to the Healthquarters Membership Program is supported by a single card.

7. Where can I use the card?

Ans: Healthquarters card can be used for making payments anywhere in India. It can be recharged through a transfer from a bank account or other sources. The discounts can, however, be availed only at the list of our network service providers, available on our mobile app.

8. Where can I find the offers for the card?

Ans: When you opt for membership, you will be provided with login details for app. You can find the offers on the mobile app

9. Can I pay utility bills using my card?

Ans: Yes, you can use this card to pay your utility bills.

10. What if I need to arrange for a health check-up for family members other than the cardholder?

Ans: We can help to arrange for health check-ups for family members at discounted rates.

11. Will I be able to use the card at non-partnered outlets?

Ans: Yes, you can use this prepaid card at any outlets ( POS) but you will not be able to receive any discounts at these outlets.

12. How do I load money into the card?

Ans: You can load money into your card by transfer from your bank account or other sources.

13. Do I need to maintain any minimum balance on the card?

Ans: No, you do not need to maintain any minimum balance.

14. How do I check the transaction history of my Healthquarters card?

Ans: You can check your transaction history on the mobile app.

15. What are the security features of the card?

Ans: You have options to BLOCK the card or PAUSE the card using the mobile app, in case you wish to.

16. How do I order medicines on e-pharmacy?

Ans: You can order medicines through our mobile app. You will get discount up to 22% on every purchase made during the entire year. Discounts will be available on purchases made from our network partners.
